3.1 Legal and Compliance Use

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of all content included in our products and services, including but not limited to software programs, interface designs, text, images, audio, video, icons, trademarks, and logos, belong to us or the relevant rights holders (such as authorized third-party content).

We assume no liability for any service malfunction or losses caused by third-party reasons (such as malfunctions of the network service provider, third-party software vulnerabilities, hacker attacks, etc.), but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the third party. If your legal rights and interests are harmed due to our intentional or gross negligence, we will be liable for compensation based on the actual losses, but the amount of compensation shall not exceed the total fees you paid for our services in the 12 months prior to the damage (if you have not paid, the amount of compensation shall not exceed a reasonable nominal amount).
